The company is engaged in the wholesale distribution of meat and meat products. It was incorporated in January of 1986 and conducts business in its registered head office located in Galdar, Spain (Canary Islands). The company primarily sells meats which are prepared in many ways, such as fresh, steaks, stews, fondue, or as dried meat. The meats may be ground then formed into patties (as hamburgers or croquettes), loaves, or sausages, or used in loose form. The company sells meats which are cured, by smoking, pickling, preserving in salt or brine; marinated and barbecued; and simply boiled, roasted, or fried. Moreover, the company also sells sandwich meats which include ham, pork, salami and other sausages, and beef, such as steak, roast beef, corned beef, and pastrami.
